We are American owned and operated — based right here in Atlanta, Georgia. Every Atlas & Ivy DTF transfer is printed here in the USA, and every shirt is assembled and pressed by hand by our own team. We are not an overseas drop-shipper and we do not use sweatshops. When you order from Atlas & Ivy, you are supporting an American small business, American hands, and American craftsmanship.

When will my order ship?+
Every item is made to order — please allow 5–7 business days of production before shipping (custom and bulk orders may take longer). Need it sooner? Add Skip to the Head of the Line in your cart for $20 to move your order to the front of our production line. This speeds up production only — it does not speed up shipping, so please still select a faster shipping method at checkout if you need quicker delivery. Skip to the Head of the Line does not apply to bulk or custom orders unless discussed with an Atlas & Ivy representative.
How much are the shirts and the extended sizes?+
Regular-size pricing varies by style, so please check the specific design on the Women’s or Men’s Launch Collection page for its price in sizes X-Small through X-Large. Extended sizes add a size upcharge on top of the listed price: 2XL +$2 · 3XL +$3 · 4XL +$5 · 5XL +$7.
What shirts do you print on?+
Women's styles are printed on Bella+Canvas for a soft, true-to-size women's fit. The United tee and the Men's styles are printed on Next Level Apparel for a structured, durable fit. Both are premium ringspun blanks.
Do you offer a women’s fit and a regular fit?+
Available styles vary by design — men’s and women’s shirts each offer their own styles depending on the design. Please check the Style selector on the specific design you’re interested in on the Women’s or Men’s Launch Collection page to see the styles offered for that shirt.
Do you offer discounts for service members?+
Always — it’s our small way of saying thank you for your service. To receive your discount, email a photo of your military, veteran, teacher, firefighter, police, or EMS ID along with a photo identification to support@atlasivyco.com, and we’ll email you a code for a significant discount. You only need to verify with us one time — your code is good for all future purchases, not just your first order, unless otherwise notified or stated.
Can I order custom or bulk for my team?+
Absolutely — see the Custom & Bulk section. We handle units, departments, schools and businesses with volume pricing.
Can I see the design on my style and color before I buy?+
Yes. On the Women’s and Men’s Launch Collection pages, every product card lets you pick the apparel style, color and size, flip between front and back views, and see the design on the exact garment you’re ordering before adding it to your cart.
Can I see a mock-up of a custom design or order before I purchase?+
Absolutely! One of our Atlas & Ivy design team members will notify you when your design is ready and show you a mock-up of the logo, shirt color, and shirt style — so you can make sure you are completely happy with your custom order before it is completed.
Where can I find sizing and measurements?+

What is your return policy?+
Because each item is made to order, all sales are final — we do not accept returns or refunds except for a manufacturing defect or an error on our part. See our Returns & Refunds policy.
Will my shirt look exactly like the photos?+
Very close — but actual colors and printed designs may vary slightly from on-screen images due to monitor settings, fabric dye lots, the printing process, and minor artwork refinements. These small variations are a normal part of apparel production and are not defects.
Is checkout secure?+
Yes — payments are processed securely by Shopify. We never see or store your card details.
How long until my order ships?+
Every item is made to order, so please allow 5–7 business days to produce your order before it ships (custom and bulk orders may take longer). Express shipping only speeds delivery in transit — it does not reduce the time to make your shirts. Need it fast? Rush production may be available for custom orders for an extra fee; restrictions apply, so contact us first.
